What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to individualized care plans
• supervise staff and oversee patient care
• assign and distribute CNA work, support performance management, and train new staff
• monitor resident conditions and assess symptoms
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions
• educate residents and families
• maintain accurate documentation
• help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
