What you'll do

• Brew coffee and cold brew beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• handle and prepare pastries and other food
• maintain an orderly store and safe workplace
• provide customer service using the GRINDS service model
• serve as store point of contact in the absence of management, which may include opening or closing, cash counting and audits, preparing deposits, facilitating daily tasks, and resolving customer conflicts.
