What you'll do

• Lead field crews and subcontractors
• conduct jobsite visits and inspections for workmanship and OSHA compliance
• coordinate pre-construction meetings with project managers and foremen
• schedule materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower
• enforce safety standards
• resolve jobsite issues and change-order impacts
• track progress and submit weekly reports
• conduct final quality inspections.
