ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:. Explains Basic concept of the WIC Program to WIC participants. Determines eligibility with regards to medical/nutritional risk, performing anthropometric measurements, hematological testing, and food package tailoring in accordance with State Agency policy and procedures. Reviews the food package and WIC food list to WIC participants and loads benefits on the eWIC card
