What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls and strategic outreach
• build and manage a pipeline and book of business
• manage the sales cycle from prospecting through funding
• assess customer financing needs and recommend equipment-finance solutions
• meet or exceed sales goals
• coordinate with Credit and Documentation teams on underwriting and documentation
• and participate in sales training and coaching.
