Facilities Coordinator

Job overview

The Facilities Coordinator role is onsite in Austin, TX, with stated pay of $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Source, coordinate, and schedule vendors for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• compare quotes and manage service agreements and warranties
• verify vendor insurance and safety compliance
• inspect buildings, systems, and grounds
• maintain maintenance records and asset inventory
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• coordinate and supervise volunteers
• support recycling, janitorial, grounds maintenance, and meal delivery or office support as scheduled.
