What you'll do

• Support customer and staff inquiries about deposit accounts, digital banking, ACH, wires, and debit cards
• process assigned deposit operations items and legal or regulatory requests
• investigate suspected fraud across transactions and channels
• review account records and transaction evidence
• prepare investigative summaries and auditable case files
• escalate high-risk matters and provide investigative packets to the BSA Officer.
