What you'll do

• Assess finance processes and implement corrective actions
• lead month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting, and financial statement accuracy
• diagnose profitability, inventory, cost, and reporting issues
• implement cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
• rebuild budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and performance routines
• partner with operations leadership
• report risks and recovery plans to ownership and lenders
• strengthen internal controls.
