The Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift role is full-time and onsite in Eau Claire, WI, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.; starting pay is $28.52–$38.52 per hour, based on shift, skills, education, and experience. Veritas Steel builds bridges and maintains the equipment used in its operations. The role maintains and repairs industrial equipment and machinery to support efficient operations and prevent breakdowns. Through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, accurate records, and coordination with other departments, the technician helps keep equipment in working order and supports workplace safety.

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
