What you'll do

• Oversee center operations and compliance with California Title 22 requirements
• coordinate curriculum with staff
• support, coach, and develop teaching staff
• interview, hire, and train staff
• communicate with parents and families
• conduct classroom observations and evaluations
• manage staffing, schedules, and classroom ratios
• maintain student and employee records
• coordinate safety drills, incident reporting, and medication management
• support enrollment, payroll, inventory, vendors, and center financial operations.
