What you'll do

• Oversee a multi-site LIHTC/Tax Credit portfolio
• ensure affordable-housing program compliance
• prepare communities for audits, inspections, file reviews, and reporting
• lead and train onsite teams
• monitor occupancy, leasing, retention, collections, budgets, and financial performance
• conduct property visits and inspections
• support expense control and portfolio operations.
