The Industrial Maintenance Technician — Glass Manufacturing role is onsite in Holland, OH, with pay of $24–$34 per hour based on skill and experience. The schedule is first shift, either 7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 8 a.m.–5 p.m. The role supports a glass fabrication and shower enclosure manufacturing operation. The technician maintains and repairs production equipment to reduce downtime and support safe, reliable manufacturing. The work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and automation systems, completing preventive maintenance, and responding to production equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and automation systems
• diagnose equipment issues
• maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and production machinery
• read schematics and manuals
• assist with PLC, sensor, relay, VFD, and control circuit troubleshooting
• maintain records
• and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Why this role

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required. CNC machinery, robotics, automation, PLC troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and glass manufacturing experience are listed as preferred or advantageous.
