What you'll do

• Deliver ground school, simulator sessions, and flight instruction
• provide VTRAT, CRM, and IRC training
• teach safety and risk management
• assess trainee progress and provide feedback
• help develop training materials and course content
• maintain training records and equipment
• conduct ground training for other crewmembers
• and perform assigned administrative and program support duties.
