LTL Cross Dock Access Gate Guard

What you'll do

• Control and monitor vehicle, visitor, contractor, and employee access
• verify driver credentials, delivery documents, trailer numbers, seals, and appointments
• process traffic through gate-management systems and issue access authorizations
• coordinate inbound and outbound traffic
• communicate trailer locations, dock assignments, and yard status
• monitor yard activity and escalate issues
• inspect vehicles, trailers, and entry points
• document incidents and gate transactions
• assist drivers and visitors
• respond to incidents according to established procedures.
