What you'll do

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• receive material and generate orders in the warehouse management system
• verify inventory and notify customers of shortages
• coordinate dock paperwork and driver appointments
• review bills of lading
• record receipt and shipment details
• process EDI communications
• reconcile inventory and billing details
• assist with invoicing and filing.
