What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and develop a multilingual sales team
• lead community outreach and preplanning seminars
• hold daily meetings to review goals
• meet monthly personal sales requirements
• ensure staff understand products, services, and available inventory
• resolve customer complaints
• coach advisors through prospecting and sales activities
• certify advisors in presentations
• ensure daily prospecting and sales presentations meet company standards
• maintain records of leads, referrals, closing ratios, and follow-up
• report daily to the sales manager.
