The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in East Wenatchee, WA, with pay of $18.13–$19.13 per hour. The role supports seasonal photo operations at Wenatchee Valley Mall, helping create holiday memories for children and families. Cherry Hill Programs' mission is to bring magic to experiences by capturing moments that last a lifetime. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps prepare and run the seasonal operation, support and develop the team, and deliver a positive guest experience. The role contributes to smooth photo operations and sales while helping families enjoy memorable Santa visits.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
