• explain available services and next steps
• enter qualified leads accurately
• meet customer-engagement, lead-generation, and lead-quality expectations
• maintain an active store presence
• build relationships with store associates and leadership
• keep current on services and promotions
• participate in training and coaching
• follow company and store policies
• communicate customer feedback and program opportunities.
