What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• enter and verify demographic and insurance information
• support triage, walk-ins, and same-day appointments
• screen sliding-fee-scale patients
• collect copayments and self-pay charges
• assist with kiosk and portal check-in
• review payment postings
• maintain the cash drawer
• answer calls
• scan patient documents the same day
• maintain confidentiality and an organized reception area.
