What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and vouchers
• post activity to the general ledger
• maintain vendor master
• reconcile subsidiary ledgers
• analyze general ledger accounts
• assist with audit schedules
• liaise between program staff and finance
• oversee assigned funding sources
• prepare grant and funding reports with actual-to-budget variance analysis
• answer program staff financial questions.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field; two years of finance or accounting experience; and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Nonprofit accounting and grant management experience preferred.
