What you'll do

• Develop territory and account plans and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and partners
• identify and secure new business
• conduct customer meetings, presentations, and educational programs
• prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements
• negotiate agreements
• manage relationships with assigned healthcare and research customers
• conduct business reviews, coordinate renewals and service expansions, and address customer concerns
• monitor market trends and recommend growth strategies
• coordinate customer onboarding and service implementation
• maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline records
• report on business development and revenue performance.
