Home Health Registered Nurse

The Home Health Registered Nurse role is onsite in patient homes, care settings, and office settings in the Woodridge, IL area. Compensation is $45–$51 per hour. Dover Health’s home health teams work to support patients’ well-being and independence. The nurse provides and coordinates physician-directed care, assesses changing needs, educates patients and caregivers, and works with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, individualized care.

What you'll do

• Provide and direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• conduct initial or comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• reassess patient needs and report changes
• educate patients and caregivers about illness, injury, home care, and medication administration
• participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities
• supervise LPNs and home health aides.
