Residential Coordinator

The Residential Coordinator role is onsite in Livermore, CA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Shepherd’s Gate provides a Christ-centered refuge for women and children experiencing addiction, domestic violence, and homelessness. The coordinator supports residents’ program goals and helps maintain a safe, structured home aligned with program guidelines. The role provides encouragement and spiritual guidance, supports accountability and healthy connections, and contributes to the organization’s residential ministry.

What you'll do

• Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance, including encouragement and prayer
• supervise residents and support accountability for program goals and assigned tasks
• follow established standards, procedures, documentation, and schedules
• attend required meetings and training
• drive residents to appointments in a company vehicle
• communicate and support the ministry’s culture
• follow mandated reporter policies and procedures.
