What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom and welcoming relationships with children and families
• assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• follow IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• communicate with families and coworkers
• document and report incidents
• support behavior management
• follow safety, supervision, and company policies
• participate in required meetings and training.
