What you'll do

• Develop relationships with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, practice managers, and referral coordinators
• visit potential referral sources
• educate provider offices about clinical capabilities, specialties, referral requirements, scheduling, and insurance support
• identify referral opportunities across Hudson Valley communities
• respond to referral questions
• maintain follow-up and outreach plans
• communicate clinical information accurately
• coordinate with the clinical team and share provider feedback.
