What you'll do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on the facility and grounds
• support work orders, inspections, repairs, and maintenance assignments
• assist with central plant, air handling, elevator, fire/life safety, and related systems
• follow USPS safety and handling guidelines
• document deficiencies and completed work
• coordinate with facility leadership, engineers, suppliers, and sub-suppliers.
