Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Remote

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is fully remote for candidates residing in Georgia, Anderson, SC, or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border. The schedule is flexible, and compensation is $75–$90 per hour. ABA Journey provides evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families across Georgia. The BCBA assesses behavior and skills, develops individualized treatment plans, oversees behavior intervention plans, supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and uses client data to adjust interventions and support progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs
• oversee behavior intervention plans
• supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
• analyze data and modify interventions
• train families, caregivers, and staff
• collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators
• complete documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
