Property Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• market and lease apartments
• collect rent
• respond to resident requests
• maintain waiting lists and budgets
• complete affordable-housing certifications and recertifications
• prepare for inspections
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• and conduct property walks and unit inspections. The posting also requires availability for after-hours emergency on-call needs and travel to training or conferences as required.
