The engineer joins Micron’s Industrial and Physical AI team, which develops solutions for autonomous operations, robotics, and digital twins across global fabrication and assembly/test facilities. The role owns end-to-end development of production AI applications for manufacturing operations. It connects data pipelines, models, APIs, user interfaces, digital twins, and cloud or edge deployments to support smarter, safer, and more efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver AI products spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training and inference, APIs, user interfaces, and monitoring. Build front-end applications and Python/FastAPI services
• integrate manufacturing systems, robotics, autonomous mobile robots, sensors, and enterprise applications. Develop digital-twin environments, integrate LLM and agentic AI capabilities, and deploy containerized applications across cloud and edge environments.
