What you'll do

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate
• incorporate physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors into care
• collaborate with other health professionals
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• educate clients on coping strategies and self-care
• maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant documentation
• and participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development.
