The dietitian will assess nutritional needs, educate patients on dietary habits, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary care plans, provide patient education on healthy eating, instruct on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
