The Senior Electrical Engineer (MEP) position is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, with pay of $70,000–$90,000 per year. The role is with a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection solutions. The engineer leads building electrical projects from design through construction completion, combining technical design with project coordination and mentorship. What you'll do

• Lead electrical projects from schematic design through construction completion
• direct power distribution, lighting, controls, fire alarm, low-voltage, and specialty systems design
• oversee load and lighting calculations
• guide and mentor engineers and designers
• create and review AutoCAD and Revit construction documents
• conduct field surveys and existing-condition assessments
• perform power system studies using SKM PowerTools
• prepare specifications and technical reports
• conduct QA/QC reviews
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• assist with proposals, estimates, construction administration, scheduling, and resource planning
• travel to project sites as needed, including occasional overnight travel.

Why this role
