What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events
• conduct armed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter
• monitor suspicious activity and hazards
• document observations and incidents
• communicate with site leadership, law enforcement, and company management as required.
