What you'll do

• Explain doctor-recommended treatment and options in patient-friendly language
• build trust and listen to patient concerns
• review X-rays, photographs, and digital scans to reinforce the doctor’s findings after training
• discuss financial and payment options
• collect appropriate deposits or payments
• schedule treatment and follow up
• track treatment acceptance, commitments, and other performance measures
• refer clinical questions to the doctor.
