What you'll do

• Examine patients’ legs and feet
• diagnose foot and ankle diseases and deformities
• treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders
• manage wound care
• prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery
• advise patients on treatment and prevention
• educate patients, families, and the healthcare team
• maintain medical records.
