What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate construction crews
• evaluate performance, train foremen, and enforce company policies. Coordinate scheduling, materials, and site planning with the Project Manager and customer. Monitor project costs, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• approve invoices and production reports
• maintain work-hour records, markup maps, as-builts, and closeout packages. Support hiring and field crew interviews.
