What you'll do

• Coordinate scientific contract and legal-agreement workflows from intake through review, approvals, execution, and filing
• track dates and milestones
• maintain contract records. Administer HubSpot CRM data, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• train colleagues. Support business development through meeting coordination, research, preparation of materials, and tracking opportunities and follow-up.
