Job overview

The Home Health Nurse role is onsite, providing care to patients in their homes across Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Compensation is $65–$110 per hour. The nurse supports Talin Home Healthcare’s patient-centered home health services in Northern Virginia. The nurse assesses patients, develops individualized care plans, delivers ordered clinical treatments, and monitors progress to support safe care at home. Patient and family education, timely documentation, and coordination with physicians, therapists, and other care team members help ensure continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• conduct assessments and develop care plans
• administer medications and provide wound care, wound-vac care, IV therapy, ostomy care, and other ordered treatments
• monitor and document progress, vital signs, and changes
• educate patients and families
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members
• maintain timely clinical documentation.

Why this role
