What you'll do

• Manage software engineers by setting priorities, outputs, decision boundaries, and performance expectations
• assess and deliver enterprise solutions against business, security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and supportability requirements
• prioritize requests and deployments
• assess high-risk designs across cloud-native solutions, Salesforce architecture, .NET solutions incorporating RFID, and enterprise integrations
• resolve impediments and escalate risks
• establish standards for architecture, secure development, code review, testing, documentation, deployment, observability, and production readiness
• coordinate with business and technical teams
• coach engineers on relevant AI and ADLC practices.
