What you'll do

• Provide service to property owners
• oversee residential property operations including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
• ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• coordinate maintenance and repairs with technicians, contractors, and vendors
• manage budgets and financial records
• execute portfolio operations against targets and KPIs
• dispatch field team members for inspections
• improve policies and procedures
• monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• maximize net operating income
• prepare reports for leadership, partners, and owners.
