What you'll do

• Identify seafood products and build orders to customer specifications
• check labels for readability and country of origin
• track and report damaged inventory
• sanitize cutting boards and knives
• inspect equipment daily
• clean seafood areas according to GMP and SQF standards
• stage orders for shipping
• maintain clean shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping-supply areas
• follow workplace procedures and regulations.
