• Research funding opportunities

• translate program requirements into deadlines and documentation needs
• maintain funding and compliance calendars
• coordinate documentation with internal teams and external partners
• manage due diligence, reimbursements, draws, and reporting
• track funding status
• maintain audit-ready records
• identify compliance risks before they threaten funding.
