Guest Services Agent

Job overview

The Guest Services Agent role is onsite in Warsaw, Virginia, and is part time. Compensation is $15–$17.75 per hour. The role is in the Program department of the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck, whose program team supports positive youth development outcomes for children and communities. As a front-facing point of contact, the agent welcomes and directs visitors, manages calls and appointments, and supports the flow of people entering and leaving the site while maintaining visitor records and a safe, organized reception area.

• Greet and direct visitors

• receive and enter attendance and program rosters into member-tracking software
• answer or refer inquiries
• maintain directories and security logs
• operate the phone system
• keep the area safe and clean
• document actions and ongoing needs
• support team continuity.
