What you'll do

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living
• serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• provide person-centered care based on each resident’s care plan
• take and record vital signs
• perform care as directed by an RN or LPN
• respond to resident requests and communicate needs
• assist with transfers
• document care for assigned residents each shift
• maintain resident cleanliness and dignity.
