Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is an onsite role in Omaha, NE; compensation is not specified. Fulcrum’s workforce delivers data center quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning services. The manager builds and operates the company’s people function, owning recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR systems, and consistent employment practices as the company grows. The role coordinates with Operations, Finance, IT, Safety, Training, and leadership to support a distributed workforce.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning
• manage onboarding and employee administration
• serve as first contact for employee concerns and conduct documented investigations
• coach supervisors
• administer benefits and leave
• coordinate personnel and pay-change inputs with Finance
• manage Paylocity workflows and personnel records
• maintain policies and employment documentation
• coordinate employment compliance with counsel
• track training and credentials
• prepare HR plans, budgets, and people reports.
