What you'll do

• Develop and lead creative vision across marketing, photography, video, campaigns, product launches, digital, retail, events, and packaging
• originate campaign concepts
• lead and develop the in-house creative team
• maintain brand guidelines
• partner with the CMO, Product, and Marketing teams
• improve workflows, processes, and tools
• champion AI and automation
• manage the functional budget
• and scale internal content creation.
