What you'll do

• Manage assigned electrical construction projects and prepare detailed cost estimates
• coach and train field staff
• plan schedules and manpower
• track RFIs, submittals, change orders, costs, budgets, billings, cash flow, and material orders
• visit projects weekly
• maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers
• prepare scope documents, proposals, and estimates
• participate in bid and project meetings
• and perform value engineering analysis.
