What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies
• build talent pipelines
• maintain accurate requisition, job description, and hiring records in the ATS
• optimize job advertisements
• conduct competency-based interviews and advise hiring managers
• analyze recruiting metrics
• support hiring targets and KPIs
• partner with Compensation and Total Rewards
• mentor junior recruiters when appropriate
• contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement.
