Trainee Development Program — Flow Development

Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The Flow Development Program is an onsite, full-time, six-month rotational program with training locations in Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Southern Pines, NC. What you'll do

• Rotate through warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, product flow, shipping, and delivery
• learn customer interactions, account management, and product solutions
• gain exposure to vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory planning
• participate in marketing and business development
• develop communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
