What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items using established recipes
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain production records and required documentation
• and assist with cross-training employees. The cook may oversee food-service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
